Select "Yes" if attendees will be charged admission, donations will be collected, or any fundraising activities will take place.

Setup & Teardown

Estimate the time needed before and after your event for setup and cleanup. If your event requires complex setup (staging, sound equipment, decorations, etc.), please allow extra time. District staff may need to be present during setup and teardown.

Classification & Insurance

Classification determines fees. Leave blank if unsure — staff will determine.
